We bring you our latest roundup of scheduling apps in the High Peak.

A number of planning applications have recently been submitted to High Peak Borough Council, including:

  • Proposed first floor lateral extension above existing games room at 19 Ehlinger Avenue, Hadfield, Glossop
  • Change of use from financial services to a hot takeaway at 131 Buxton Road, Whaley Bridge
  • Lateral first floor extension above existing garage at 3 Spring Bank, New Mills
  • External spiral fire escape project at Howard House, Talbot Manor, Talbot Road, Glossop,
  • Garage conversion to cozy room and laundry room at 16 Goyt View, New Mills
  • Replacement of the existing one-storey rear extension with a new two-storey rear extension to provide accessible restrooms for the church, then replacement of the existing porch with a new porch at Good News Church Gospel Hall, Old Road, Whaley Bridge
  • Two-storey side extension at 61 Kingfisher Way, Simmondley, Glossop
  • To rebuild Cobsters Cottage in Watford Lane, New Mills, in the current footprint using the same materials and style.

Plans that have been given the go-ahead and clearance from High Peak Borough Council include a new widened dormer window, structural openings to the rear elevation and new boundary treatments are proposed at 37 Charlestown, Glossop.
