MFR has announced an updated weekday schedule, featuring an all-new breakfast show hosted by Jodie McCluskey.
Jodie, who currently hosts matinees on the station, will step into the new role from Monday, May 16.
And new host Greigsy will fill the 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. slot, while mid-afternoon will be presented by Grant Thomson.
MFR said the changes allow the station to align with its sister stations on the Hits Radio network by running a local weekday breakfast show followed by content from broadcast centers in Scotland.

Speaking about hosting the breakfast show, Jodie said, “I started at MFR in 2008 and had a fantastic time hosting all of my shows, including my current daytime show.
“Our listeners are brilliant. However, I’ve always dreamed of having my own breakfast show, so I can’t believe it will become a reality on May 16. I can’t wait.”
Breakfast host Grace will continue to host her Saturday morning show on the station. Dan Gilchrist and Martin Morrison will unfortunately be leaving the station in accordance with the changes.
On social media, Dan and Grace thanked listeners.
They said: “We are sorry to report this news, but the last Dan & Grace will take place on May 13. Jodie will take over from the 16th.
